Storytelling is one of my passions, and I use video as a way to design, prototype, and inspire.
A few video stories I've created.
Google Pixel - a vision story
VoltSmart - Green Charging
PharmaWise - a product story
Peek Calendar - a product story
Google AI - a future concept story
Rimino - a human touch on mobile experience - 250k views
Rather than using video only to communicate a finished idea, I use acting and storytelling as part of the design process itself.
I start by creating scenarios around a user, a context and an intention. As I sketch different situations and act them out, I can explore ideas, uncover new opportunities and understand how a concept might work in real life.
I then create quick video prototypes to test and refine the experience. Moving into the final filming gives me another opportunity to review the details, challenge my assumptions and improve the design.
The final video becomes a way to communicate the idea, but the real value is in the process. Creating the scenario helps me design the experience. It also gives others something tangible to react to, making ideas easier to understand, discuss and develop together.

I also enjoy observing and telling stories about people and the world around us, and seeing things from different perspectives. A few observational videos I've created.

Tallinn - a walk around the city - 75k views

Läsnamäe - an observation

I enjoy using film photography to capture and keep moments. It's a personal passion, mostly exploring documentary and street photography.
